I can’t say that I’m completely adjusted to Irish life, but after two weeks in country, I am loving it more each day. It’s much cooler here, with days around 48 – 70 degrees. It rains more, but since Birmingham is one of the rainiest states in the USA, it’s not that much different. The people here are welcoming and interested in us. I’m cooking more and more, as evidenced by the uptick in recipes on the blog. I’ve found a few good stores to shop in for the items we had to leave behind. All in all, it’s a great start. I hope life is treating you as kindly.
Until next week….
