I’m in the process of saying goodbye to the city I’ve called home for the last twelve years. All of my 20′s were spent in this sleepy Southern town, and so I didn’t want to leave without featuring some of my favorite places in the city. This week is Birmingham Week, in honor of my adopted hometown.
To start off, I have a post so full of eye candy you might just get cavities. Holly is a co-member of a women’s business group, and I knew we had to photograph her home after she hosted our monthly meeting. Kelly from Spindle Photography and I met up to photograph her home, and the shoot turned into the grown up version of a tea party, with lots of product staging and petit fours. Enjoy this look into a very talented graphic designer and calligrapher who has a great eye for design and style. You’ll spend the rest of the day in a state of envy!
The arrangement above was created by Katie, the owner of Cloth of Gold. I can’t wait to share more of her work later this week!
