There’s a point where I just can’t eat scrambled eggs for breakfast again. It happens about every two weeks. I push my eggs from in front of me, make a face, and clear my dishes from the table. We’re still eating Paleo a majority of the time, and while my body craves that protein filled breakfast, sometimes I just can’t do it. My stomach and taste buds revolt.
Which makes this paleo friendly cobbler absolutely perfect. The “cobbler” portion comes from ground dates and dried fruit. No baking needed.
