Located in Wayne, Pennsylvania, the Chanticleer home was built in 1913 by the Rosengarten family, and included extensive terraces and gardens designed by Thomas Sears. Beginning as a summer home, the family moved to the estate permanently in 1924. The gardens are reportedly beautiful, with stone lined creeks, ponds, Asian gardens, cut flower gardens, woodlands, tennis courts, and more. They also offer workshops and classes, as well as internships. It sounds like a beautiful place! You can read more about the estate here.
