Tulips are one of the very few flowers that can achieve a true white, and they’re also easy to arrange. Simply strip the stems of the bottom leaf, or two if you want less green. Trim the stem at an angle to the appropriate length. Place in vase. To create a tighter arrangement, wrap twine or a rubber band around the bottom of the stems.
